Side by side with the Orchard Group that has been lovingly tending the trees in the TCC orchards since 2012, the newly formed Apple Group is specifically about making the most of the harvest.
The intention is to gather as many hands-on-deck as possible to join in at harvest time with a plan for what fruit will be ready to pick at what time. Ideas were shared about people and organisations to contact and the ways the harvest can be used and shared, in addition to and including Juicing.
