A kitchen where refugees come together with volunteers, to show how the food from their culture is cooked. Shop, cook and eat together, relax and share. Integration into the wider community, becoming friends, speaking in English and in their own language(s) as required.
We will create community resilience by welcoming the latest incomers into our city to share their food culture. We have teamed up with a local church, The Church of Saint George, 43 Cleveland Road, Chichester, PO19 7AD, to use their kitchen thanks to much enthusiasm from the vicar and parishioners.

Help without volunteering
Do you shop in the local Co-op food stores or are you planning to use the funeral services? You can nominate Food For Friends as your charity of choice, so that 1% of your spending comes to us. It works using your Co-op membership, which costs £1 if you aren’t already a member. Then when you spend, use the membership card.
