TC is taking part in a hedge planting project with the Festival Theatre and the Friends of Oaklands Park. The hedge is to be planted between the Oaklands Park Community Orchard and the Archery Butts and will foster biodiversity in the park. Plants will be provided by the Woodland Trust. Volunteers are needed to help plant the trees. If you’d like to take part, meet at the Community Orchard behind the theatre, dress warmly and if possible bring a trowel and a hand fork.
