The TC Food Group is united in wishing to support an offer of local food in the City which has not travelled to a supermarket depot to come back to the area in which it was grown. We are also keen to work towards an outlet in the City for the sale of local produce from small growers and producers as well as larger growers. The following paper will be discussed by the group.
